What Happens When the junior member reaches 16 Years Old?
From their 16th birthday, they become responsible for the account. The named account holder is contacted by Citysave, and savings are transferred to an adult Credit Union membership account on completion of ‘Know Your Customer’ checks. The original adult member may continue depositing into the account, but can no longer have withdrawal access to the account.
