Anne is the Chief People Officer for Paragon Banking Group PLC.  With 30 years’ experience, Anne’s HR career has spanned several industries in the private sector; retail banking, general insurance, and pharmaceuticals, as well as time spent in the public sector working for Leicestershire Police.  During this time Anne has become known for her commercial approach as a people expert, leading the people and cultural strategy for organisations.  Anne’s background is in learning and development, organisational change, and culture.  She is a personal coach and advisor to executives and senior management and with a passion for diversity and development, she is a regular external speaker at events, sharing her experiences and insight.
