As an employee of an NHS Trust in Greater Birmingham, your employer offers access to ethical, fair-interest savings and loans that you can repay through payroll as a salary deduction. This great employee benefit is delivered by us, as a partner and benefit provider to your employer.

Our interest rates range from 12.7% APR (1% per month) to a maximum of 19.8% (1.5% per month).
You’re also more likely to be accepted for a personal payroll loan because it is repaid as a salary deduction.
