
In order to qualify for the scheme the following conditions must be met:
- You need to be an employee of University Hospital Birmingham NHS Trust
- You need to have attended one of the Wellbeing Hubs on the Hospital site
- You need to join the credit union and save for 6 months
- Members pay 75p a quarter in a membership fee to help fund services provided by the Credit Union
- You need to save a minimum of £10 per month
- You need to to select “NHS 25” on the ‘How Did You Hear About Us?’ section of the online Membership Application form
- The scheme will run from Monday 20th March 2023 – Monday 17th April 2023
- The scheme will be reserved for the first 50 employees and will be offered on a first come first serve basis
- Citysave reserve the right to stop the scheme at any point to new applicants
