In order to qualify for the scheme the following conditions must be met:

• You need to be an employee of University Hospital Birmingham NHS Trust
• You need to have attended one of the Wellbeing Hubs on the Hospital site
• You need to join the credit union and save for 6 months
• Members pay 75p a quarter in a membership fee to help fund services provided by the Credit Union
• You need to save a minimum of £10 per month
• You need to to select “NHS 25” on the ‘How Did You Hear About Us?’ section of the online Membership Application form
• The scheme will run from Monday 20th March 2023 – Monday 17th April 2023
• The scheme will be reserved for the first 50 employees and will be offered on a first come first serve basis
• Citysave reserve the right to stop the scheme at any point to new applicants
