How to re-set your mobile phone account access

In order to re-activate your online account using your mobile phone you need to take the following security steps.

Step 1 You have been issued with an 8-digit temporary passcode, please take a note of this as you will need it to re-activate your account.

Step 2 Once you have taken note of the temporary passcode please call Citysave – 0121 616 6200 Option 2

Step 3 Whilst on the call Citysave will activate the temporary passcode you have been issued with.

Step 4  Once activated, when you go back to the log in screen – you will be prompted to add 3 random digits of the temporary passcode

Step 5 Once entered successfully you can enter a new memorable passcode for future use.
