As an employee of Broadway Academy your employer offers access to ethical, fair-interest savings and loans that you can repay through payroll as a salary deduction. This great employee benefit is delivered by us, as a partner and benefit provider to your employer.

Who are Citysave?
We’re Citysave, Birmingham’s largest credit union. Owned by our members, including Broadway Academy workers, for over 30 years. Serving both Birmingham and Warwickshire communities.
We believe in helping people ‘save, borrow and plan for their tomorrow’ by providing ethical lending and other helpful financial services.
We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), as well as the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA)– giving you peace of mind. All of your savings with the credit union are protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) up to £85,000.
A better place to borrow
Our interest rates range from 12.7% APR (1% per month) to a maximum of 19.8% (1.5% per month).
You’re also more likely to be accepted for a personal payroll loan because it is repaid as a salary deduction.

Need to save?
The Citysave savings account gives you membership of Citysave Credit Union ltd.
Saving could not be simpler. Many of our existing members often tell us that saving through their salary has really helped them reach their savings target.
Membership also entitles you to an annual dividend. This is voted on and agreed at the company’s Annual Genenral Meeting (AGM) which you can attend and have your say as a member.
