Accessing your balance and making transfers

We have introduced a new telephone system, so that you should never have to hear the engaged tone again!

You may access your free balance and make withdrawals, 7 days a week automatically. Just by inputting your:

  • Membership Number
  • Date Of Birth (DD/MM/YY)
  • PIN

To use the service you will need to first either ring up the office and we will generate you a PIN or you can register via the website in the member’s login section.

Once you have this PIN you are able to:

  • View your balance online
  • Find out your balance via the automated telephone system
  • Make withdrawals via the automated telephone system

To view your balance online simply login to the members area and the balance will be displayed.

To access Citysave’s automated system first you need to call us on 0121 616 6200

Step One:

Select Option 1

Then Enter:

  • Your membership number followed by the # key
  • Date of Birth (DD/MM/YY) with NO # key
  • Then 2 random digits of the PIN number

Your Free Balance account balance will then be read to you.

If you have sufficient funds in the account you can then move on to making a withdrawal into one of your nominated account(s).

Step 2:

Select option 2

You will be told what money you have available to withdraw accounting for any processed requests

  • Key in the amount to withdraw (Whole Pounds only, minimum £10) followed by the # key
  • Amount is then confirmed by user:
  1.  To Confirm
  2.  Retry
  3. To go back to main menu
  • You will then need to select which account you want the money deposited in (if you have more than one account)
  • Confirmation Message
