Malcolm has worked in retail and commercial banking for 40 years. He started his career with NatWest Bank, before spending over 25 years within Lloyds Banking Group, where he focussed primarily on credit and risk management. Malcolm has recently retired after 5 years as the Chief Risk Officer for Paragon Bank, a FTSE 250 banking group based in Solihull. He is now a volunteer mentor with a charity which aims to inspire and develop disadvantaged young migrants from across the UK. Malcolm has lived in the West Midlands for almost 30 years.
