Citysave operates a range of outreach surgeries, ensuring that our products and services can be accessed more easily, and bringing our credit union into the heart of the community across Birmingham.

We have a team of staff and volunteers, and we are always pleased to be invited to any community events that you feel we should be at.

Citysave Outreach Programme

Citysave is committed to being active in the community, bringing our products and services to the those who need them.

We are opening our office in Waterloo Street for longer hours for increased convenience, but we cannot run lots of shops across the city because of the costs.

So our outreach policy relies on working with community organisations and our sponsor employers.
