We have a variety of different roles that we offer to our volunteers including:
MEMBER SERVICES ASSISTANT
This roles involves:
- providing an efficient, confidential and friendly service to the members of Citysave.
- advising members on the status of their accounts.
- assisting in the maintanence of members records.
- filing, faxing, scanning, where necessary.
OUTREACH OFFICER
This role involves:
- marketing and promoting specific events and services through appropriate media, specifically mailings and targeted sales.
- assisting in direct marketing and distribution.
- working creatively with limited resources.
FINANCE ASSISTANT
This role involves:
- providing accurate and efficient financial support to the finance team.
- asssiting in the maintenance of financial records.
DEBT COLLECTION ASSISTANT
This role involves:
- assisting the debt collection team in the successful recovery of bad debts.
- assisting in the maintenance of financial records.
HR ASSISTANT
This role involves:
- working within all areas of Citysave to help build an organisation where people are motivated and developed to reach their full potential and support Citysave's vision and business objectives.
- assisting in the creation and development of administration support systems to support and expand the organisations workforce.
- assisting with recruitment, training, career development and termination activities where appropriate.
ADMINISTRATOR
This role involves:
- carrying out ad hoc routine administrative tasks, including photocopying, faxing, filing as required.
- assisting with the maintenance of systems of the collection and collation of a wide range of information and date (esp. upkeep of spreadsheets).
- assisting with practical issues related to setting up meetings and training sessions.
