Citysave is committed to being active in the community, bringing our products and services to the those who need them.

We are opening our office in Waterloo Street for longer hours for increased convenience, but we cannot run lots of shops across the city because of the costs.

So our outreach policy relies on working with community organisations and our sponsor employers.

Jim Fallon heads up our outreach team, co-ordinating service points across the city, and we are keen to extend this further. 

We also have a growing number of volunteers across Birmingham, either in offices or community centres who keep membership packs available, and put up information / posters - and helping to promote us to anyone who wants to use our savings and loans services.
